Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by Jekto. Open apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions on your iPhone, find Jekto, and tap Cancel Subscription. You can also reach this screen from Settings app → your name → Subscriptions. You will keep access until the end of the current billing period.

How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

Sign in with the same Apple ID that bought the subscription, open Jekto, go to Settings → Subscription and tap Restore Purchases.

How do I get a refund?

All refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policy. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly.

How do I export my data?

Open Progress → Export to generate a PDF report of your doses, weight, and side-effects. You can share the PDF with your doctor or save it to Files.

How do I delete my data or account?

Open Settings → Data → Delete All Data. This removes all locally stored medications, doses, weight entries, side-effects, and profile data from your device. Jekto stores your health data on-device only, so this fully erases it.

Is Jekto a medical device?

No. Jekto is informational only and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult your healthcare provider before changing any medication or dose. See our Medical Disclaimer for details.
